Corrections Policy
Last Updated:
We work hard to get every update right, but notices change and mistakes happen. When something on this site is wrong, we want to fix it quickly and openly.
How to report an error
- Copy the link of the page with the error.
- Tell us what is wrong and what it should say.
- Add the official source – the notice, corrigendum or official web page that shows the correct information.
- Send it through our contact page.
What happens next
- Within one working day we check reports about dates, fees, links and eligibility against the official source. Reports about an open form with a near last date are checked first.
- If the report is correct, we fix the page, change its Last Updated date and, for a significant error (a wrong last date, fee or eligibility rule), add a short correction note on the page.
- If the official source has changed (for example a date extension), we update the page as a regular update.
- If we cannot confirm the report from an official source, we keep the page as it is and may add a note that the detail is being checked.
What we cannot help with
We cannot change your application, recover login details, re-issue admit cards or alter results. For these, contact the recruiting body's helpdesk listed in the official notice.
